Rate of Pay: 24.50 - 34.00 per hour
Summary:
The Private Sector Housing Surveyor will support the Disabled Facilities Grants Team in delivering mandatory adaptation grants for residents in private sector housing. The role involves carrying out property surveys preparing technical specifications and drawings managing adaptation projects from design through to completion and providing advice and support to clients contractors Occupational Therapists and other stakeholders.
