HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017 HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.
This is a highly operational hands-on role dedicated to execution excellence. While leadership establishes the high-level strategy governance and frameworks for new formats of the adaptive divisions you will be directly responsible for the operational implementation delivering educational programmes to regional teams and conducting on-site audits. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an operationally strong professional to drive delivery excellence and shape the on-site reality for adaptive athletes globally.
