Summary:
Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Hub Officer to support the delivery of the Councils One Front Door approach by providing a seamless high-quality customer service across a broad range of council services. The postholder will manage customer enquiries through multiple channels process Council Tax and Housing-related transactions and ensure customers receive accurate advice and timely resolutions.
