Amazon Flex is continuing to build a high paced and lean team to implement and expand new initiatives across our network to improve speed customer and driver experience while reducing cost-to-serve. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced passionate dynamic analytical innovative hands-on and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Program Manager as part of Flex Operational Excellence.
You will be responsible for driving new projects and process improvements to improve the customer experience driver experience and cost within our logistics networks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ownership of key business metrics including quality driver experience and cost.
- Responsible for creating new projects and mechanisms to launch across the UK network.
- Responsible for driving alignment across stakeholder teams to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.
- Responsible for working with tech partners to deploy new features across the UK network.
- Responsible for defining the roadmap for future years for product and process improvements.
- Responsible for owning programs to unlock future speed programs.
Key job responsibilities

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
