Summary:
Telford and Wrekin Council is seeking an experienced Estates and Investments Senior Surveyor to lead the strategic management of the Councils Property Investment Portfolio (PIP). The postholder will be responsible for maximising revenue income minimising expenditure delivering capital receipts through asset disposals and supporting regeneration initiatives across the Borough.The role requires providing expert professional advice on complex property matters leading major property investment and development projects undertaking high-level valuations and negotiations and managing the acquisition disposal and development of Council-owned land and buildings.
