Headed by Italian-born food expert Vaz Frigerio our sourcing team scours the continent and further afield in search of great food and great food producers. Over the years, our culinary adventures have allowed us to build partnerships with specialist producers; from Emilia-Romagna’s finest meat curers to Andalucia’s most sustainable olive growers.
From our state of the art site in Bury we bring together these wonderful continental foods and pack them in an efficient, sustainable and relevant format for the UK consumer to enjoy.
The Projects Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering projects from concept through to completion. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the Projects Engineer acts as the technical and organisational bridge between design, operations, and stakeholders, driving efficient project delivery while managing risks and resolving challenges.
