Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef
A well-regarded coastal hotel in Aldeburgh is recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie or an aspiring Junior Sous Chef ready to step up to join its professional kitchen team. With panoramic sea views and a focus on fresh, seasonal produce, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef seeking stability, progression and quality cooking in a relaxed but high-standard environment.
Location: Aldeburgh, Suffolk
Salary: Up to £34,000 per year, plus tips
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Live-In: Available all-inclusive at £75 per week
The Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will take ownership of your section while playing a senior role within the brigade, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to drive consistency and standards across service. You will help lead and develop the junior team, deputise on your section and beyond when needed, and step up towards Sous Chef responsibilities as you progress. This role suits an experienced, ambitious chef looking to develop into a Junior Sous position within a supportive, quality-driven kitchen.
