Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide senior technical leadership across Kibble’s IT estate, with a primary focus on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft‑based cloud and modern workplace services. The postholder will lead the ongoing transition from on‑premises infrastructure to a secure, resilient, and scalable cloud‑first architecture, while also ensuring the reliability and performance of core IT services across all Kibble locations.
Working as part of the IT team, the role combines strategic cloud architecture responsibilities with hands‑on operational support, and contribution to IT governance, service delivery and continuous improvement. This includes further integration of Microsoft Cloud technologies including, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform services, ensuring secure, resilient and user-focused digital services that support collaboration, automation, cyber security, compliance and organisational transformation.
