The role involves carrying out a wide range of repair and maintenance works within both occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. Complete a variety of multi-trade tasks, including associated repair works. Work within both occupied and void properties. Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales. Accurately record job details and update progress using the provided PDA system. Work effectively to meet productivity targets and tight deadlines.Requirements Previous experience working within the social housing sector. Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage workload independently and work to deadlines.
