Job description
We are a fintech startup aiming to be the one-stop platform for financial education, empowering people to invest sensibly and ethically! Soon, we aim to establish an ESG-centered, ethical brokerage centered in the EU. We are currently undergoing rapid expansion, and as such are looking to hire more passionate, open-minded, hard-working people like us with an interest in finance and/or in changing the world for the better! Job Description We are looking for a Content Creator to publish various types of pieces for our company’s web and social media pages, in video, audio, and written formats, and to help with reels. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have strong creative skills with an interest in finance. This candidate will have experience in content creation and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work well independently and within a team. We are primarily student-run and hence have a very relaxed and welcoming environment with an extremely flexible time commitment! In this unpaid internship, you will get a chance to closely interact with other parts of the business, meet regularly with the CEO, use your creative skills, show off your knowledge, and learn more about the finance world! Responsibilities * Collaborate with the brand and rest of content team to ensure consistency in produced material * Create content for social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook...) * Ensure the logical flow of all writing produced * Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) * Participate in brainstorming and planning content * Attend feedback sessions and make revisions suggested by management Requirements * MUST have strong commercial awareness, displaying engagement with current affairs * MUST have interest in Finance * Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree * A growth mindset * Willing to engage and get involved with the Fair company culture * Ability to commit 7-10 hours a week Benefits * Flexibility to work remotely where you want and when you want * A skyrocketing learning curve (we give you the freedom to take on challenges, and we know that failing fast is an opportunity to learn) * Experience working within a multinational team * Join our open, collaborative culture (we want to share our knowledge as well as learn from you!) * Additional opportunities as we learn and grow together * Fractional equity and potential part/full time position J-18808-Ljbffr
