Job description
Field Service Technician Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 Benefits include: Monthly paid bonus scheme (company wide) equating to c£3,500/year, 6% contributory pension, 25 days holiday (+8 bank holidays), life assurance and enhanced sick pay, full induction training programme and career progression, overtime paid at time and a half, and more. Location: Aston Clinton / Aylesbury Field Service Technician This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused Field Service Technician to join a successful medical engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working independently, travelling throughout the UK, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Operating from a fully equipped, state-of-the-art service van (mercedes), you will visit hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide to carry out equipment servicing, inspections, preventative maintenance, installations, and basic fault diagnosis. The field service technician will typically be based in the office two days per week (usually Monday and Friday), with the remainder of your time spent visiting customer sites across the UK. As part of the role, you should be comfortable staying away from home for approximately 2–3 nights per week (fully expensed), with occasional additional travel depending on customer requirements.
