Summary:
Senior Planning Officer responsible for assessing and determining planning applications investigating planning enforcement matters providing professional planning advice and ensuring development complies with planning legislation policies and regulations. The role involves managing complex planning cases attending committee meetings negotiating with stakeholders and supporting junior team members.
