IT Assistant (Become a Salesforce Specialist) required for a prestigious, multi-site brand based at their Head Office in Altrincham. Offering a £35,000 base salary plus full, funded Salesforce training and official accreditation, this permanent role is designed specifically for someone with 1+ years of experience in IT Support or Application Support who wants to step away from broad IT firefighting and retrain into a highly valued Salesforce Specialist.
You do not need prior Salesforce experience to apply for this role. Working directly as the sole assistant to the IT Manager, you will inherit a modern cloud infrastructure for 120 users across 5 locations. Because the core network and desktop environments are fully managed by an external Managed Service Provider (MSP), standard IT troubleshooting is minimal and will only take up about 30% of your time. The remaining 70% will be dedicated to mastering the Salesforce ecosystem, with the company fully funding your training courses, learning pathways, and official certification exams from day one.
