Summary:
Private Rented Sector Officer responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of the Councils Rental Support Scheme helping homeless or at-risk households secure and sustain private rented accommodation. The role involves building relationships with landlords and letting agents managing tenancy processes conducting property inspections and supporting tenants to maintain stable housing.
