Plot Conveyancer - Manchester Conveyancing paralegal required to join the property team of this Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. A conveyancing paralegal is sought to join the plot sales team of this recognised regional practice. The firm is one of the UKs Top 100 law firms and a major player in the North of England. Since its inception the firm has enjoyed consistent and considerable growth and is rated in Chambers & Partners. As a plot sales paralegal within the team you will be responsible for preparing plot sale contracts, transfers and leases and the issuing of the sales packs access details to purchasers solicitors. You will chase plot purchasers solicitors for updates and assist other paralegals with weekly updates as required by the builder clients. In addition duties will be to check Help to Buy documentation, prepare completion statements and send files for closure. You will have previous experience working in a conveyancing environment, be self-motivated with a confident manner. Knowledge of credit control procedures is advantageous.
