Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab Team Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab Team Specialism: AHP - Occupational Therapy Location: Kirkcaldy, UK Salary: Up to £32.37 per hour Type: Ongoing, Full Time Band 6 Occupational Therapist within AHP - Occupational Therapy in Kirkcaldy, earning up to £32.37 per hour. This ongoing full-time locum opportunity offers the chance to work within a thriving Community Rehab Team, delivering high-quality care to older adults across inpatient and community settings. This is an excellent role for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact while benefiting from the flexibility and variety of locum work. What you will do * Clinical Delivery: Provide specialist occupational therapy interventions for older adults in community and inpatient rehabilitation settings. * Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation programmes. * Care Planning: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care plans. * Communication: Engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to support therapy outcomes. * Community Working: Travel to various locations to deliver care, requiring independent working and flexibility. Qualifications / Requirements * HCPC Registration: Must be a registered Occupational Therapist. * Experience: Proven Band 6 experience within rehabilitation or similar settings. * Clinical Skills: Strong assessment and rehabilitation planning abilities. * Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
