- Room Attendant - Dean Street Townhouse, Central London* *The Role...* At Soho House, as a *Room Attendant*, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites.
With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure each space meets the club's high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience. Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career *Key duties...* * Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards * Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation * Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly * Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality * Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition * Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required * Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE * Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor * Assist with turndown service or special requests when required * Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free *What we are looking for...* A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred * Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness * Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently * Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude * Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
