Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career *Key duties...* * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas (rooms, public spaces, offices, and staff areas) are cleaned and maintained to high standards. * Conduct daily inspections and audits of guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces, addressing any deficiencies immediately. * Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand club standards, procedures, and safety expectations. * Create and adjust daily work schedules and task lists based on occupancy, events, and business levels. * Liaise with front of house, events, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to member needs. * Monitor housekeeping stock levels (e.g.

cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and assist with inventory control. * Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with COSHH and manual handling practices. * Address member or guest feedback regarding cleanliness or housekeeping promptly and professionally. * Lead by example, promoting a positive team environment and strong work ethic. *What we are looking for...* A successful *Housekeeping Supervisor *for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.

You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * 2-3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs * Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures * Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving Working knowledge of housekeeping systems or software is a plus The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
