Plan and execute menus in collaboration with our senior team
Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis.
Follow the directions of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Adherence to all relevant health safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors.
Running either a larder sauce garnish or pastry section.
Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure delivery of high-quality food and service.
To be present in the kitchen during all required services providing support for the team
To ensure you have the knowledge of product menu and service to the required level of excellence continually developing and maintaining what we do.
To understand the importance creating a good working environment to enable the team to meet the standards required.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene uniform and health and safety at all times.
To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours location and responsibilities.

You have to have a flair and passion to achieve the highest of standards.
You have to be flexible articulate and have a desire to progress to the next level.
You will be hard working reliable trustworthy and competent enough to work alone and have the experience and people skills to work within a team.
