Job description
Mechanical Mobile Engineer About the Role Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Mobile Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong mechanical maintenance experience to work across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs on a range of mechanical building services systems. Key Responsibilities • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment. • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely. • Service and maintain pumps, pressurisation units, and other mechanical building services equipment. • Complete routine inspections, maintenance reports, and certification documentation. • Ensure all site logbooks and records are accurately completed and maintained. • Work to planned maintenance schedules while responding to reactive breakdowns. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and site contacts. • Deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.
