Installation Technician

\nOur client is a well-established manufacturer with a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their installation team with an experienced and motivated Installation Technician.
\nThe Role
\n* Install specialist products at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
\n * Lead and supervise site labour to ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard
\n * Support customers, dealers and distributors with product training and technical guidance
\n * Complete site documentation, reports and installation records
\n * Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained and organised
\n * Assist with product development and testing activities when required
Requirements
\nEssential:
\n * Previous mechanical fitting or installation experience
\n * Basic electrical or electronic knowledge
\n * Strong communication and organisational skills
\n * Full UK Driving Licence
\n * Comfortable working at height and travelling extensively
Desirable:
\n * IPAF, PASMA or CSCS certification
\n * Experience leading small teams or subcontract labour
\n * Background in agricultural, construction, engineering or industrial environments
