Job description
TEGG Technician Location: Site Based, Greenwich, United Kingdom Hours: 7am – 4pm Salary: Dependent on Experience About the Company Our client is an established turnkey Principal Contractor with in-house tradespeople, delivering electrical, construction and engineering services. The business is built around Safety, Quality, Integrity and People, and is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive workplace. Role Overview The TEGG Technician will provide predictive, proactive and preventive testing in accordance with TEGG Service preventive maintenance agreements and TEGG Task software. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and installing electrical systems and associated equipment. The Technician will also coordinate assigned agreements or DES work to ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install electrical systems and associated equipment • Follow systematic questioning and point-by-point troubleshooting procedures when investigating customer complaints and equipment faults • Check complete systems, safety controls and limit settings before leaving site to avoid unnecessary callbacks • Use the correct tools and instruments for testing and troubleshooting • Assist other Certified TEGG Electricians and Technicians with complex technical issues • Seek assistance when requir...
