PLATER / FABRICATOR We are recruiting for an experienced Plater / Fabricator to work for our client who are located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A PLATER / FABRICATOR: * Reading engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated/welded. * Preparing and fabrication of various sizes of projects. * Achieve production timings in a timely manner. * Communicating with Project Managers during production. * Following all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures * Completing fabrication as required and recording critical dimensions on inspection reports and performing safety checks. * Varied and interesting work, requiring attention to accuracy and detail to ensure tight tolerances are met. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background * Excellent communication skills THE HOURS: Monday – Thursday 6.00am – 4.00pm (overtime available) THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of £17.50 an hour depending on experience.
