Mechanical Ventilation Engineer £51 per Hour (Inside IR35) Hybrid - 3 Days in Warrington or Sellafield 12-Month Contract Play a Key Role on Critical Sellafield Nuclear Projects An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Ventilation Engineer to join a leading engineering team supporting major projects at Sellafield. Working on the MSSS SEP programme, you'll be responsible for delivering ventilation system designs and layouts for complex nuclear facilities, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and regulatory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on nationally significant projects while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement and a long-term contract. The Role As a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer, you'll provide specialist design expertise, developing ventilation solutions that support the safe operation of nuclear facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Producing HVAC and mechanical ventilation system designs for nuclear applications Developing ventilation layouts, calculations and engineering design packages Supporting the design and modification of plant ventilation systems Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions Ensuring designs comply with nuclear industry standards, regulations and project requirements Participating in design reviews and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecy...
