A specialist SEN setting in Kingston Kingston upon Thames is looking for a PMLD Support Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a specialist support role for someone comfortable with complex needs and personal care. This is a practical hands-on support role. The school needs someone caring resilient and confident working with pupils who may need communication support sensory support personal care or structured routines. What the role involves: - Supporting pupils with complex needs ASD PMLD or EHCP-linked needs - Helping pupils access learning and daily routines - Working closely with SEN teachers therapists and support staff - Providing consistent patient and reliable support What they are looking for: - SEN care support work school or youth work experience - Someone comfortable with practical support - Patience resilience and strong communication - A person who can stay calm and consistent throughout the day Pay: 95 - 120 per day Location: Kingston Kingston upon Thames (KT1 1EU) Start date: September 2026 Apply now if you are looking for a permanent SEN or education role from September.
