Job description
Deputy Nursery Manager Northfield, Birmingham | £35,000 - £38,000 per annum | Full Time Revive EYFS Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a brand-new nursery opening in Northfield this September in the search for an ambitious and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a new setting from the very beginning, helping to shape the culture, standards and success of the nursery as it grows. Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in building a strong team, creating outstanding experiences for children and establishing a positive, supportive environment for families and staff alike. The Opportunity Opening this September, the nursery will provide places for up to 120 children across dedicated Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms. As Deputy Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the setting, lead by example on the floor and help drive high standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance throughout the nursery. This position would suit an experienced Room Leader, Third in Charge or existing Deputy Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to progress their leadership career within a growing organisation.
