  • Drive the adoption of modern quality metrics and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven reporting.
  • Coordinate environment utilisation, provisioning with internal delivery colleagues and partners.
  • Produce clear environment improvement roadmaps based on learnings from active programmes in test.
  • Maintain clear documentation and change control processes to support audit readiness and traceability.
  • Contribute to, and drive adoption of the advancement of the Currys Quality Standard and Principles

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Experience managing third-party delivery teams across multiple geographies, including offshore and nearshore models.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex quality concepts into actionable insights.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance governance with agility.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple high value programmes concurrently, and exercising pragmatic self-prioritisation to focus on the right areas.
  • Ability to operate at a details-focussed level where required but report at a management level highlighting key take-aways.
