Vehicle Technician / Independent Specialist
Location: Horndean (Commutable from Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Petersfield)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY – Strictly No Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing troubleshooting and complex electrical/mechanical fault-finding using modern diagnostic platforms
- Delivering precision servicing, routine maintenance, multi-point checks, and thorough MOT preparation
- Handling specialist mechanical repairs, overhauls, and detailed maintenance on premium vehicles
- Utilising modern workshop systems to maintain high efficiency and clean, "fixed-first-time" standards
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Skills: Strong mechanical repair competence and logical diagnostic fault-finding abilities
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Mercedes-Benz diagnostics is a major plus!
