Finance Systems Accountant
Salary: £50,000- £55,000
Location: Birmingham
Permanent, Full-Time
A Finance Systems Accountant is sought to join a company with a flexible work culture, providing a bridge between finance, the tech department, and third-party developers. This role will report directly to Peter and will be instrumental in driving system implementations and improvements within the finance function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining system scope, documenting processes, organizing business training, and managing supplier relationships. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial processes and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and automation.
Key Responsibilities - Systems Accountant
- Define scope and requirements for new finance systems and features.
- Document and implement new financial processes and workflows.
- Organize and deliver business training for finance systems.
- Collaborate with third-party developers and suppliers to ensure successful system integrations.
- Manage one management accountant, providing guidance and support.
