The Opportunity\n

\nWe’re working with a fast-growing property business to recruit a Community Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio across South Manchester.\n
\n
\nThis is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you’ll manage the full tenant journey, from initial enquiry through to move-in and ongoing experience, ensuring properties are let quickly, maintained to a high standard, and tenants are well supported.\n
\n

The Role\n
\n
\nYou’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of multi-let residential properties, managing everything from first enquiry to settled tenancy.\n
\n
\nKey responsibilities include:\n
\n
\n· Managing the full enquiry pipeline, responding promptly and booking viewings efficiently\n
\n· Conducting property viewings and presenting rooms in a professional and engaging way\n
\n· Processing offers quickly and progressing applicants through to move-in\n
\n· Ensuring rooms are prepared, clean, and ready for new tenants within tight turnaround times\n
\n· Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying issues early\n
\n· Supporting compliance processes, including right to rent checks and record keeping\n
\n· Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and local stakeholders\n
\n· You will effectively “own” your patch—building strong relationships and ensuring a high standard of service across your portfolio\n
\n
How You’ll Work\n

\n· Field-based role covering South Manchester, with travel required\n
\n· Flexible working pattern across the week, including some evenings and occasional weekends\n
\n· Full ownership of your diary and workload\n
\n· Regular team interaction and support from central operations\n
\n· Use of property management systems and platforms to manage activity\n
\n

\nYou’ll ideally have:\n

\n· Experience in property, lettings, or a customer-facing field-based role\n
\n· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively\n
\n· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\n
\n· A proactive, “get things sorted” mindset\n
\n· Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities\n
\n· A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle\n
\n
