With a legacy of innovation spanning over 45 years, TAIT has grown from pioneering in rock ‘n’ roll concert staging to setting the global standard for extraordinary live events and experiences through cutting-edge technology, precision engineering, and creative design. Job Purpose:

Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Fabrication, QHSE, and Project Leaders, they ensure mechanical integration work is planned, executed safely, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

This role focuses on building internal capability through technical leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement. The Senior Mechanical Integrator supports team development, improves project handovers, drives safety and quality standards, and helps reduce reliance on external labour by developing a skilled, reliable in-house team.
