Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business while driving client acquisition and managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities. This hybrid leadership role combines operational excellence business development and hands-on recruitment to support the companys growth objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
