Essential Requirements * Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, or Home Manager. * Strong background in elderly care and residential care services. * Proven experience managing a care home environment. * Excellent leadership and people management skills. * Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. * Ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional standards of care. Qualifications Essential * NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, Leadership and Management, or equivalent. Desirable * Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) is welcome but not required.
