You will be responsible for performing treatments to the highest standard, recommending aftercare products, and contributing to the overall ambience and success of the spa and wellness areas. You will play a key role in upholding the club’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and member wellbeing. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high‑end spa, clinic or luxury wellness environment. * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments – e.g. Deep Tissue Massage). * Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques and massage therapies. * Experience with luxury products and a client‑focused approach. * Impeccable grooming and communication skills. * Discreet, professional and calm under pressure. * Flexible to work nights, weekends and varied shifts. Physical Requirements * Must be over 18 years old. * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand. * Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. * Must occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
