About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international freight forwarding and logistics organisation based in Basildon, Essex. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Freight Forwarding & Logistics Apprentice.
This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career in international logistics whilst earning a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification — gaining real, hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business from day one.

Essential: Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
Training & Qualification
The successful candidate will complete the International Freight Forwarding Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship, delivered by South Essex College. The programme runs for 18 months, followed by 3 months to complete the End Point Assessment.
Career Progression
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements — a real pathway to a long-term career in freight and logistics.
