- Proven track record in senior leadership within education
- QTS or QTLS
- Experience managing change, turnaround, or improvement programmes
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks andpliance
- Ability to make an immediate impact in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility and readiness to undertake short- and medium-term assignments
