This is for a Designate position. Training will cover our retail store in Blackwood as well as stores in the surrounding area. Therefore a full driving licence as well as access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.
As a Designate Store Manager you will be a crucial support to our management team assisting local stores within your area. Youll lead in-store teams with encouragement and motivation leveraging your leadership experience while receiving top-notch training to prepare for your permanent role as Store Manager. You will build a strong support network during your training enabling you to deliver effective leadership and exceptional service to our customers.
