A welcoming and successful Primary School in York is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join its support staff team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and wants to play a key role in supporting pupils staff and parents. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
You will be responsible for maintaining pupil records managing correspondence answering telephone and email enquiries supporting attendance procedures and assisting with admissions administration. The role will also involve coordinating meetings preparing documents and reports maintaining databases and supporting wider school events and activities.
The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with staff parents governors and external agencies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential.
