Summary:
An experiencedHousing Needs & Homelessness Manageris requiredto lead and manage the Councils Housing Needs and Homelessness service.You will be responsible for ensuring the Council meets its statutory duties under homelessness and housing legislation while delivering timely lawful customer-focused and financially sustainable services.
You will lead a public-facing team drive homelessness prevention and early intervention and ensure services are accessible and responsive to vulnerable households with a strong focus on safeguarding equality and trauma-informed practice.
