A successful Secondary School in Durham is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join its dedicated support staff team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to become part of a busy and supportive school environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the schools administrative functions while providing exceptional support to staff students parents and visitors.
The role will involve managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities including maintaining pupil records supporting attendance processes handling correspondence responding to telephone and email enquiries and providing general office support to teaching and support staff.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records using the schools management information systems preparing reports and documentation supporting admissions administration and assisting with the organisation of meetings events and school activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and office colleagues to ensure that school systems operate effectively and efficiently. Strong organisational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads will be essential.
