Site Security Manager

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the on-site security team ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Working closely with the UK North Contract Manager to elevate security delivery standards across the contract.
• Setting clear expectations and promoting consistency and standardisation across all security operations.
• Monitoring individual and team performance providing coaching support and development where required.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Managing site operations and ensuring all security procedures are followed effectively.
• Conducting audits inspections and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigating incidents identifying trends and implementing preventative measures where appropriate.
• Producing accurate reports and maintaining operational records using Office 365 and other security systems.
• Acting as a key point of contact for operational matters and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promoting Securitas Core Values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness through your leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous security management experience (Supervisor level or above)
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing or previously having managed teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to monitor and manage both personal performance and the performance of colleagues
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
