At Warner Records we are redefining international artist development. This consultancy role is designed to bridge local success with global phenomenon maximising the cross-border reach of our music. Backed by visionary creative teams and world-class digital execution you will champion our Shallow Catalogue on a global scale. We need a premier specialist to design the blueprints that keep our recent releases streaming engaging new audiences and scaling across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior Director of Export to execute the Export strategy for the Warner Records UK domestic roster collaborating with the domestic marketing team and regional and local marketing hubs globally.
Execute international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across export markets.
Collaborate with export sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with distribution capabilities and timelines.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple regions including paid media on-ground promotional opportunities content and viral marketing.
Monitor performance metrics and ROI for export marketing initiatives reporting insights to senior leadership.
Develop Audience growth and 1PD acquisition strategies across all projects.

Key Requirements

Experience & Strategy
Global Marketing Track Record: Proven experience driving multi-market/export campaigns preferably in global consumer goods.
Strategic Execution: Ability to design and execute tailored media and audience-growth strategies that align with regional brand positioning.
Market Expansion: Experience launching and scaling brands in new and emerging international markets.

Campaign & Financial Management
Digital & Audience Growth: Hands-on experience with first-party data (1PD)
acquisition audience development and viral marketing.
Media Oversight: Ability to run scrutinise and optimise paid media and content campaigns.
Budget & ROI: Proven success managing regional media budgets to ensure cost-effective spend and maximum ROI.

Compliance Data & Soft Skills
Compliance & Nuance: Strong grasp of global market dynamics cultural nuances and regional marketing/export regulations.
Data-Driven Mindset: Sharp analytical skills to interpret market data monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable refinements.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Exceptional communication and project management skills to collaborate seamlessly across sales logistics and external partners.
