An ambitious Secondary School in Brighton is seeking a professional and highly organised Drama Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their experienced academic team. You will also support communication with parents students and external agencies while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential as the role requires the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.

The school is looking for someone who is proactive reliable and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative creative faculty. Good IT skills and confidence using staging or multimedia school systems are important alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
