Hours: 15:00 - 23:00
Department: Document Production GBS

The Role

The Document Production Specialist supports case handlers legal support assistants paralegals and BD teams. Working collaboratively with other Document Production Specialists and Assistants the role focuses on producing accurate highquality documents with strong turnaround times. It requires excellent attention to detail the ability to manage competing priorities and confidence working independently in a busy environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

  • Previous experience in Document Production

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Visio) with strong troubleshooting skills

  • MSO certification desirable but not essential

  • Fast and accurate audio typing and transcription capability

  • Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools

  • Strong working knowledge of iManage

  • Familiarity with Visual Files 2 and EveryFile desirable

Professional Skills

  • Good understanding of legal terminology

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across teams

  • Good judgement organisational skills and a practical approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
