What you would do as our Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of service installation and maintenance activities. Acting as a central point of contact you will work closely with customers engineers and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and Assisting service delivery.

You would also:

Schedule field engineers for reactive call-outs installations and preventative maintenance activities ensuring optimal resource utilisation.

Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders coordinating appointments and providing timely updates.

Maintain accurate records within service management systems Assisting reporting KPIs and data integrity.

Assist operational processes including quotations invoicing stock coordination and service contract tracking.

Partner with engineering project and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolving scheduling challenges efficiently.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in scheduling coordination or administrative roles ideally within a service or operations environment.

Is highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting.

Has strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Is confident using IT systems including CRM or service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrates a proactive positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
