Located in the thriving community of Lawley Telford Hall is a modern 66-bed nursing home featuring a wide range of high-quality facilities including a salon tranquil lounges garden rooms a cinema and a friendly tea room. We deliver specialist nursing palliative and dementia care in a comfortable environment that supports and enhances our residents’ wellbeing. Our dedicated team guided by experienced leadership and a strong community spirit is committed to providing compassionate person-centred care.
Responsibilities as a Nights Care Practitioner
In this important role you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night. Your duties will include:

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
