What youll do

  • Run a fun and fast paced bar operation day and night.
  • Be creative share ideas develop and implement our bar strategy play a part in innovating our bar concept and staying on (and even ahead) of trends.
  • Know your product and systems inside out.
  • Lead your team by example driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest; encouraging your team to grow and develop the Hox way.
  • Own your P&L as if it were you own.
  • Increase sales through your innovative and creative approach and reliable advice.

  • Previous experience in bar operations role with a background in menu development.
  • You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You love spices/herbal herbs and know how to extract their best flavour.
  • You have a passion in mixology and have a creative sense for decoration to add that special touch.
  • Experience dealing with brands brand activations and account managers.
  • Stock management is your thing!
  • Genuine passion for what you do you inspire those around you and a natural at leading and managing others you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best self.
