Phoenix Academy is seeking an outstanding Pastoral Support Manager to join our team in September 2026. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive colleague to join Phoenix Academy in supporting our students to achieve their best outcomes.

Phoenix Academy is a flourishing mixed, non-selective secondary school and sixth form in Shepherd’s Bush, London, admitting students from ages 11 to 18. We are incredibly proud to have achieved an 'Outstanding in all areas' Ofsted result in 2024, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in teaching, student achievement, and overall school performance.
