On behalf of a client in our partner network we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Our client is a UK-based logistics technology company providing last-mile delivery solutions to e-commerce businesses. Operating through 40 micro-fulfilment hubs and 800 active couriers the business processed over 5 million deliveries last year and is growing at 40% year-on-year. The Head of Operations is building a management layer to maintain service quality as the network scales.
As Operations Manager you will have end-to-end accountability for operational performance across a defined geographic region. You will manage a team of Operations Coordinators own regional courier partner relationships and drive continuous improvement in delivery SLAs and cost per parcel.
