Our team in Leeds are currently recruiting a Shift Supervisor to join us in our Distribution Centre at Logic Industrial Park Leeds 9.If you are looking for a role within a global organization where customer focus is at the heart of what we do a team that work hard and pull together our team are looking for you!
Our team have gone through a period of change following the on-boarding of a new purpose build facility to support this we have newly created roles within the team supporting coaching managing coaching and developing our Production Operatives. Previous experience in working within a Distribution or Warehouse facility is essential along with being a people person and managing a team (large or small). Key in this role is the ability to build relationships and engaging with the team to ensure the best working environment whilst having fun along the way.
Our Supervisors are key in the management of activities such packing shipping receiving order fulfilment stock handling storing distribution and the inventory. We work to provide a high quality cost effective and efficient service to meet current and future demands of our customers within the electronics industry.
Our new team members will be able to learn quickly our facility is new and with this comes teething problems ad hoc queries regarding process and the system so you need to be open to a challenge and supporting team members whilst also part of the process of on-boarding new employees and managing the day to day employee relations activities within your area.
